An exterior repaint is more than applying a new color. We assess peeling or chalky paint, weathered wood, stucco cracks, failed caulk, and areas that may need primer. Cleaning, repairs, and masking are planned around the actual condition of your home.
Your proposal spells out which elevations, stucco, siding, fascia, doors, gates, and railings are included, along with the intended paint products and number of coats. Substantial wood or stucco replacement is identified separately rather than assumed to be included.
